PRINCE2 Practices

PRINCE2 Practices

Seven aspects of project management that must be addressed continually throughout the project.

The PRINCE2 Practices describe aspects of project management that must be addressed continually. The PRINCE2 Practices are carefully designed to link together — this is one of the strengths of PRINCE2.

All seven PRINCE2 Practices must be applied in a PRINCE2 project, but like all other PRINCE2 elements, the practices must be scaled to meet the specific nature of the project and the project organization.

While the PRINCE2 Processes address the chronological flow of a project, the PRINCE2 Practices need attention continuously.
